Abusive sister? help?

I try to be as nice as I can or her I wake her up in the morning I offer to do her gait or make up or take her shopping but every time it turns into a fight and I end up getting thrown into wall or choked so I would kick her or hit her to let go an she would cry and whine to my mom and my mom would yell at me but if I do the same I get told to stop crying and behave. Idk what to do I would tell my mom but everytime a curse word slips out and then she has something against me what should I do avoid her don't talk to her next time just take it please help!!!
