Alright I've noticed that lawyers take allot of crap. Eye liner pencils are made with more wax then a regular pencil so they need a different blade in the sharpener. I would suggest going to a Department Store and finding a Chanel or Clarins Counter. They have them and give them out if you know to ask for them. Please don't say I told you to do this and they still might say NO if you haven't purchased from them. But give it a shot. If not try the sharpener from M.A.C. I like it and works well. Just don't over sharpen because then you waste the product.

Eye pain after wearing new gles?

It's hard to determine exactly what is going on, without seeing your eyegles. However, it sounds to me that your getting an unwanted prismatic effect from the gles (eye pulling or feeling cross eyed). In optics, your eyes will naturally pull towards the base of the lens. First, I would have your optometrist or your optician check your gles to see if they were ground properly. We take centering measurements to make sure your eyes are aligned with the optical center of the lenses. The optical center of a lens is the ONLY spot where light does not bend and is not dispursed. If the lenses are not squared up and inline with your eyes, you can/could feel an eye pulling effect. The higher your rx is the worse the feeling can be. Secondly, I do not feel that it is a lens material problem. Lens technology now a days is far superior than even 10 years ago. High Index lenses are much thinner and flatter than polycarbonate, and will give you the best vision possible. Most lenses, today, are made aspherically (flatter) vs. spherically (curved). Thirdly, notice your old axis was at 123 and the new axis is at 132. This is the astigmatism placement in 180 degree range. It is 9 degree's different. Was your optometrist trying to give you your old rx back? If so, it looks like the axis numbers were reversed, probably by accident. Did he/she mean to write 132 or was it meant to be written as 123? Sometimes this number does change and that can be normal. If/when it does change, the difference in amount can cause a feeling of nausea and such. And your eyes may take a few days to get adjusted. In your case, its only 9 degree's different which is not much for your amount of astigmatism. So I don't think this would be the case either. But I would verify with your doctor that the number was written correctly. IMHO, I don't think the gles were made properly, and this would be my first step. If they check them and say that they were made properly, you have the right to take them elsewhere and have them verified for a 2nd opinion. Well, not knowing to much about macs, I think that they want to be computers when they grow up . Just kidding. Look, when you put your pictures on your scanner, first, make sure it is warmed up, it usually takes a couple of minutes, then arrange your photos they way you want them, face down , and then click scan. Now, this is where it can be tricky, and knowing what type of printer/scanner would be a great help, but, sometimes for instance on a lexmark, you have to pay attention to the prompts, as it is asking you what you wish to do with the pictures, print, send by email, send to website,and of course send to my computer, then it will ask you where in your computer. You may want to create a folder on your desktop to put them in, so that they are all together and easy to find. My mistake, I see that you did say what kind of scanner/printer you are using. Watch the prompts and do make sure the power is turned on first

My 9 month old is allergic to peanuts and dairy. Should I not eat them while feeding?

My 9 month old is allergic to peanuts and dairy. Ever since birth she has had allergic reactions where she will break out in hives. The doctor has always said, "it's just an eczema flare up". I know that she has eczema, but these were/are entirely different. Then we noticed after i gave her yogurt that her face swelled up, eyes, were red, and she got hives, after eating a tiny amount of yogurt. She did a similar thing after sitting on out wool area rug for less than a minute. Recently she got a hold of my three year old son's peanut er sandwich. She only got a small amount in her mouth, but within 5 minutes she had hives, swelling, redness of the eyes, and acted "out of it". I immediately paged the dr and he told me to give her benadryl. I took her to an allergist and out of 7 things she was highly allergic to PEANUTS, DAIRY, and CATS. So my question is, should I eliminate these from my diet? My daughter always had mucousy, green stools, though not so much anymore. Only twice have the stools been tinged with blood. The dr always told me it was not an allergy to anything I was eating (before the allergy testing). But her stools have also always been "sour" smelling, and they still are. I do not remember any of this from when I fed my son. I think he (their pediatrician) does not know what he is talking about. Is there any lactation consultants out there that have a good answer to this question? Do these sound like allergic reactions from what I am eating, and should I quit eating these things since it has been confirmed my daughter is allergic to them? Thanks to anyone who answers.

My skin will burn no matter how much sunscreen I put on. What works?

I go out in the sun every now and again but nowadays my skin is burning like nobody's business. I need help to make it stop burning and being so sensitive. Painting hand old saws?

My Mom and Dad have an old hand saw that they would like to get painted. I was think about trying to paint it for them. DO NOT USE SENTRY PRO XFC on your dogs!!! My poor little beagle had a horrible reaction to this flea drop medication. I normally buy Frontline, but I wanted to try something new and less expensive. So, I bought this product and put it on my dog as directed. Just a few hours later my Daisy started acting strange by scratching and licking excessively. Then she started foaming at the mouth and she then got sick and started vomiting. I was totally freaked out, so I called the number on the back of the box and talked to the professional. They said that it is just an allergic reaction from the product getting in her mouth, not to worry that it was just the medicine bothering her. She told me not to worry that it wasn't dangerous and to wash my dog a couple of times with dish soap to get the medicine off. I hoped that this helped, but it didn't. I am really worried about my dog! I noticed that I am not the only one with a problem with SENTRYPRO XFC. Maybe there needs to be a recall on this!

I was reading a book called "where there's smoke" by Terra Little, and it was about how a father that didn't even know he had a son at one point stepped in and saved his sixteen year old son from the streets. He had to show him tough love a few times, giving him the disclipline that the son obviously didn't want but did need, but he also showed him what having a father was really like. Giving advice, teaching him to drive, being a dad. This was an urban book, and I'm really not into them like i used to be because I feel like a lot of them are all the same. The boyfriend's a drug dealer, the girlfriend's robbing a bank, or trying to get rich off of some *****. This book was so much differen't than all the rest i've read. Yeah the father started off as a drug dealer in the beginning, but after he got caught, and got the choice to either go to jail, or serve is country in the military, he went with option number two, later becoming a school teacher. His son's mother started off as a drug feine, later getting her life together for the sake of herself and her son. Her son "Isaiah" lost all respect for her when she told him about her hurtful past, and it begin to show quite clearly. He cursed at her, came into the house whenever he felt like it, and basically walked all over her. She had no other choice but to find his father and beg him to step in and set this boy straight. This book really touched me. Isaiah was like a whole different' person by the end and I was just wondering if there were any other books out there that were similar to this one. I know there must be, but I don't even know where to begin my search to find them. So if anyone can help me out, that would be so great. Thanks.

Dog's Personal Grooming?

I have a terrier puppy and he has little to no hair yet on his belly - except a a tuft (bit) of hair on the end of his - as he's a puppy he dribbles pee still alot and when you pick him up there's always a few drops left waiting for your hand to get rid of - I'm wondering would it be safe to trim this tuft of hair as this would eliminate as much pee from gathering there and make it more sanitary for everyone. The 70-200mm f/4L Would be perfect for Sports. The 28-135mm lens doesn't have the Zoom ability, or the Superior L quality as the 70-200mm f/4L- Getting it without IS would be fine too- but if you have the money spend it. Note: the 70-200mm lens is very heavy, and you might need to mount it on a tripod to use it, it's no small lens. The 28-125mm lens is much smaller, for the hand-held sort of photography. I suggest the 70-200mm lens, but something So heavy can even create more camera shake even with the IS, so you can get a tripod too, they aren't that expensive. You'll enjoy your L Lens.

How to get stick stuff off walls?

I had glow in te dark stars on my ceiling and I am repainting my room. I took the stars off but the little white,spongy, circular sticky things wont come off. I will try and put it short - i used to have an ATI card but i "upgraded" to an Nvidia but i still have files and folders to do with ATI, and i have a process called 'atieclxx.exe' which takes up 2k of memory. Im 21 male who goes to college, iam a great guy who workout everyday!!! Man this would've been a chess match for sure! Two skilled technical fighters going at it. This would've been technical boxing on the highest level. Both guys would be trying to out-manuever the other into position to land good shots. There wouldn't be a lot of clean punches landed in this fight because of the good defense of both men. I think the speed of Toney would be the difference. He was quicker than Bernard with his hands and probably would beat him to the punch a little more often. This fight would've not had much action because both are natural counter punchers, but I think Toney would do just enough on offense and not get hit much in return to pull out a split decision in a good technical fight, but probably boring in terms of sustained action.

Windows XP 16 bit MS-DOS error and other issues?

Now when I first built this computer about 3 yeas ago Windows XP worked perfectly. Since then I've had Windows Vista and now Windows 7. However, this game I have works better in XP cuz the requirements are lower for XP. I'm getting this error message with the command prompt, drives open in seperate windows, I can't display hidden folders. It is rather annoying. I've tried multiple installations and versions (PRO, MCE) and I get the same issues. Has anyone discovered what this may be caused by and if it can be fixed. Iused to make Daguerreotypes using the Becquerrel process and I stored my Iodine in a gl vile. You will find that iodine oxidizes metals, and stains just about everything, so forget a steel box. You could place it in a small airtight plastic container but I would be sure to place it in a ziplock bag as well, and don't place it on the carpet or on clothes. I made that mistake and it turned part of my carpet reddish brown. I personally stored mine in a gl vile with a rubber stopper, but even then the fumes would leak out and and stain whatever it was next to. Seriously though a small gl vile which you can find in a chemistry supply store is the best idea.

Head tossing horse that loves to run?

My daughter's horse, who we've had for about 3 months, is a major head tosser. He's seen the dentist, farrier, chiropractor, etc. so it shouldn't be a physical problem. The thing is that when she's riding him in the arena, he starts tossing his head and dancing around and then once she lets him, he takes off galloping like a racehorse!! He'll run non-stop unless you stop him, to the point where he would exhaust himself if she let him (which she won't). But out on the trail, he is a perfect chilled gentleman. It all depended on what kind of Gamer you were i was a mix of Genres so i had to get them both. PSx for my Final Fantasy's, and N64 for my Adventures. Cleaning up old smelly pee stains?

depending on how long it has been you may not be able to get the stain out. I am sure your carpet prolly has padding underneath and that has sucked up all the odor of the pee. So while a carpet machine or other remedies work on the carpet, you need to clean or replace the padding underneath. one thing you can do is get the shamwow you see on tv (yeah it really works) this is what i did to old stains from a spay surgury. I took sudsy ammonia and water and just dumped it on the stain. like at least 2 cups, just pour it on. Then let it soak in there a minute or two to make sure it gets down to the padding. Then take the shamwow and put it on top and roll it gently patting the rag. It should suck back up all the stuff you put in and hopefully clean the padding of the smell without you having to pull up carpet. I did it on mine and it worked great. You might be able to use something other than shamwow but that is what actually absorbed the water back up from my padding, when i used regular towles, it left my carpet soaked and sloshy, but with the shamwow, it was just damp afterward.

Broken Tibia Intact Fibula?

Hi im 16 and i broke my Tibia 7 weeks ago but my fibula is still intact. i was in a long leg cast for 5 weeks and now am in a short leg cast. It was a clean break and had nothing done to it other than simply getting it put in a cast (didn't need realigning, surgery etc...). I was wondering how long it will take for me to be able to play sports such as soccer again. i have been researching but most of the things that come up are about tib fib breaks and was wondering if only breaking your tibia makes a difference in recovery time. i also was wondering what the average time to have a cast on for this kind of break is.

i am trying to pull a northstar from an eldorado. i am having a terrible time finding bolts that i think will properly secure the load, but i have a balancer and a hoist and clearance. if i were to bolt on to the outside of the cylinder heads, being aluminum and all, would the weight of the hoist bend these? how thick should a bolt be to secure the weight? i think the engine is around 600 lbs. if anyone has the exact bolts to tie in to that would be great, if not any information regarding lifting from the cylinder heads would be appreciated. thank you in advance

Huge bump on face dont know what it is?

While I really love my Colt and Browning, there is no law that says you have to spend a ton of money to have a good gun. All the fancy mods are just a money pit really. I have found some mods that I always do, but they are ones I prefer: high rise beaver tail, because I have very large hands, extended thumb safety, so I can find it in the dark, ambi mag release, because you never know which hand you may be using, and Hogue grips because I like the rubber with finger grooves. I choose my mods based on preference not on look or whatever. Make the gun feel good in your hands and function like an extension of your hand and all will be good.

A sole proprietor did not have any employees after his workers compensation policy lapsed. He failed to reinstate it because he did not have employees other than himself. But now the New York state workers compensation board is trying to penalize him thousands of dollars for failure of having workers compensation insurance. Do employers have to pay workers compensation for themselves? (Seems to defeat the purpose if they do since its meant to protect employers from employee injuries and claims and one wouldn't file a claim against themself would they?).
