How shall i ask him out help me ?

I really like this boy at school (Kieran) and i don't know how to ask him out he is 12 and so am i, im blonde lol and he is brown-blonde he is also VERY random im not that random we are quite good friends and he keeps smiling at me and sitting next to me (he never used to) i need help on asking him out any ideas ??
