can a pvt limited company have a right to terminate the employee on the basis low productivity like doing the work slowly within 2 or 3 months but not on the basis of misconduct or something likethat. If no can we sue the company in india only. please do suggest me friends who know and any lawyer out there suggest me please i will be helpful them i want many answers please not one or two.so please friends do read this and suggest me what u know
