I need to hire guards.........?

.....but not typical guards. I need people (men or women) with guard cards, or willing to get guard cards, who are pleasant, flexible, and reliable. I'm interested in any ideas about where you think there might be people who were interested in working full or part time, or just special events( we hire all security for the Academy Awards, we do the Grammys, etc. We also do special events in many different areas. I personally am responsible for hiring new poeple for positions available in the San Fransisco Bay Area. We are an elite security co., and are attempting to look 'out of the box' for unique, and personable people, who have experience, or not, and might be interested..........ANY ideas are welcome, if you're serious, and please email any questions or requests for details.
