Im not tge smartest in my cl but can i still make it to med school?

Im currently a freshman in highschool.and I have A/B honor roll. My pion is helping kids and my sister is a survivor of cancer so I want to be a Pediatric Onvologist. If I work my a** off in college can I make into med school?
