How dangerous is being a cav scout in the army?

I asked this question last week and it apperently was a bad question so I'll reword it. I'm enlisting in the cav scouts and my fianc� wants to know the risk of me being in that mos. I tell her it's combat so pretty dangerious but she wants facts does anyone know statistics or anything I reserched it but can't find anything. Or what can I tell her to reure her that I'll be ok.
