Huge bump on face dont know what it is?

i have this bump on the side of my chin/face. i had one like a week ago on the other side it had yellow crust after i would sleep and about a week after it appeared i bursted it and tons of white puss came out like a pimple dont think it was a boil becuase it wasnt thick puss just exactly like a pimple. now i have another one on the other side and now theres like 2-3 in the same exact area very red and painfull and yellow crust every morning when i wake up. also if i get a zit and pop it yellow stuff comes out and it never used to thinking about going to doc or derm which do you think i should go to and what do you think it is. boil cyst staph infection or just cystic acne. thanks for any help.
