Training for and up-hill run?
I'm going in this 5 kilometres run in a hilly area. I'm only twelve and this will be my 3rd race. I dont expect to beat my old times (29:29) (27:28). But I want to do good so what are some things to train for a uphill run. It's in a month. Thanx
