What would be a good Mild cam for my 305 w/ 350 heads?

I have a '84 El Camino with a 305 motor with 350 heads, I wanna upgrade my cam but nothing to beefy jus a mild one. So i was wondering what's a good cam to buy? Also keep in mind i dont have a sh*t load of money so it has to be affordable. And one last thing, what will i need to replace along with my cam? I know I'll need new water pump gasket, will i need to upgrade my pushrods and stuff? What all do I need for this project so i can make a list? Thankx
