Can someone answer my embarring question?

No matter how many times I wipe, it's never 100% clean unless I clean it with soap and water in the shower. Does anyone agree? I've did #2 when absolutely necessary in public places before, so obviously the only thing I can use is dry toilet paper. I've wiped so hard to the point that there's a little blood, but its still not completely clean. I wonder if other people can smell it or how unsanitary it is to have i guess "monkey "?
