I noticed something about the nuclear crisis in Japan, why do I notify?

While studying the high res photos over the Japanese reactors, I noticed that the core (probably from unit 3) has been blown out of the containment vessel and into the turbine roof through the roof. This is what is causing readings ten million times over normal (originally thought to be faulty equipment). This is serious. They are the water in the wron. 4/2/11 11:53 a.m.
